In the rare event that you receive a damaged flag, a flag with printing errors, or a flag that is not the design you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.   1. Damaged Flags:If your flag arrives damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects, please follow these steps to request a replacement:
  • Take clear photos of the damaged flag, highlighting the issue(s).
  • Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the flag, providing your order number and the photos of the damaged flag.
  • Our Customer Support team will review your request and, if deemed eligible, provide instructions for returning the damaged flag.
  • Once we receive the damaged flag, we will process your replacement order and ship a new flag to you at no additional cost.
  1. Printing Errors:If you receive a flag with printing errors, such as incorrect colors, misaligned designs, or other issues related to the printing process, please follow these steps:
  • Take clear photos showcasing the printing errors on the flag.
  • Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the flag, including your order number and the photos of the printing errors.
  • Our Customer Support team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process, if necessary.
  • After we receive the erroneous flag, we will initiate the production of a new flag with the correct design and ship it to you free of charge.
  1. Incorrect Design:In the unlikely event that you receive a flag with a design different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:
  • Capture clear photos of the received flag, highlighting the design discrepancy.
  • Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving the flag, providing your order number and the photos of the incorrect design.
  • Our Customer Support team will evaluate the situation and provide instructions for returning the incorrect flag.
  • Once we receive the incorrect flag, we will process your replacement order and send you the correct flag without any additional charges.

  • Please retain the original packaging for the damaged or incorrect flag, as it may be required for the return process.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the flag. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.
